She told Bon Appetit, “Rice and beans and a piece of fried or grilled fish. I’d take that any day.”

Rice and beans have all the nutrients she needs, including a wide range of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support the body’s functions and promote vitality.

She follows the 80/20 rule

The Marvel star said in a Rosé Roundtable video for Cinestar that she followed the 80/20 rule.

For Zoe, that meant eating 80 percent gluten-free.

Zoe explained, “Eighty percent good, 20 percent bad [for] everything—food, exercise—80 percent Louis [Vuitton], 20 percent Tar-zhay (Target.)”

Of course, Zoe’s husband is Italian, so she has to have a little bit of pasta and bread. But only 20 percent.

The woman has definite willpower.

She isn’t afraid to splurge 

When it comes to eating, Zoe does it well. 

And the actress isn’t afraid to indulge or splurge, especially since she remains disciplines most of the time.

Zoe told Delish“There’s a serenity to knowing that because four days out of the week you took care of yourself relatively well, you can really just close your eyes and enjoy the pizza or dim sum or fish and chips.”

She explained, “We’ll grill mushrooms and onions and make our own sauce. And we’ll do all the crust gluten-free.”

As for the gluten-free crust?

According to Zoe’s trainer, she was trained in dancing.

Looking at her figure, that becomes apparent.

He revealed, “She trained for years as a dancer, so she really understands the body and the importance of it feeling powerful.”

Therefore, the actress dances to stay lean and long.

She also knows how to isolate her muscles — perfect for her training.
