In an exclusive interview with E! News, Anthony shared insights into Snooki’s training regimen. 

Anthony revealed, “We’ve been doing some high-intensity interval training.”

As Anthony explained, high-intensity interval training is a type of short, intense cardio. 

He said Snooki did “10-15 minutes” adding, “It’s about spiking the heart rate. We’re also doing plyometrics.”

Speaking of plyometrics, Nicole Polizzi does the exercises with her friends and family, too.

She added, “I like my arms when they get nice and muscley. I’m in the process of trying to get that back.”
