Ahead of her Summer 2024 Paris Olympics, Simone Biles shared the diet that keeps her on track for the Olympics.

So as of 2023, what does Simone Biles eat in a day?

Simone does not track her food, she listens to her body and fuels it accordingly.

Olympic gold medalist from team USA is known as the G.O.A.T, greatest of all time.

What does Simone Biles eat for breakfast?

For breakfast, Simone eats if she has time! If Simone has time, she eats oatmeal or fruit before practice.

She told Women’s Health Magazine, “I wake up so early before practice, which is at seven, so sometimes I’ll grab a quick bite and sometimes I won’t.”

On weekends, Simone will have protein pancakes with chocolate chips and eggs, because she has more time.

Secret Simone tip: She does not consume caffeine, and claims she has never been a big coffee drinker!

What does Simone Biles eat for lunch?

For lunch, Simone eats a tasty air fryer meal.

The gold medalist eats lunch at 11 a.m.

The Wheaties face chooses from pasta, salmon, sushi, or chicken. 

Simone incorporates vegetables into most meals, and she loves asparagus, and  potatoes “in any form.” Simone Biles also famously loves Uber Eats.

What does Simone Biles eat for dinner?

For dinner, Simone listens to her body — she loves pasta and pizza, which she eats if she does not want something healthy. 

For a healthy meal, Simone will have a standard grilled chicken and grilled vegetables.

What does Simone Biles eat for a snack?

Simone Biles loves Core High Protein Power shakes, they come in banana, strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla.

The former Nike face drinks them after her practices (Simone practices twice a day). Simone’s favorite core high-protein power shake is vanilla.

Simone told Women’s Health Magazine, “I don’t really snack too too much because I’m always at the gym, but if I do, I try to snack on some 

fruit.”

Simone Biles’ workout routine exemplifies the dedication, discipline, and relentless effort required to excel in gymnastics. 

According to the NYT, Simone continues to push the boundaries of the sport and inspire aspiring gymnasts worldwide.

Simone and fellow US 2020 Olympian Jordan Chiles train with the famous Laurent Landi and Cecile Canqueteau-Landi in Texas. 

The Athleta model trains at a state-of-the-art facility where she keeps in shape using the latest fitness trends. 

She trains all day, almost every day

Simone’s training also includes cardiovascular conditioning to enhance her endurance and stamina. 

Running, sprint intervals, and cycling are among the cardio activities she incorporates into her routine.

For the 2016 Rio Olympics, Simone’s training included swimming a mile or biking 10 miles. Her latest fitness routine includes training twice a day for a total of seven hours.

During Simone’s training, she does conditioning training, circuit training,  endurance training, and strength training. Then, she spends time working on her bars, beam, and floor routine. 

As for days off, Simone takes Sundays off.

She uses her body weight to build strength 

Gymnasts use their own body weight during exercises. The amazing athletes will do hundreds of reps of conditioning exercises to get their bodies as strong as possible.

To build strength, Simone incorporates a range of exercises, including bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and plyometric training.

As for Simone, she focuses on developing power and explosiveness to execute dynamic moves with precision and control. 

Core strengthening exercises, such as planks and leg raises, are also vital components of her routine.

Gymnasts use their own body weight during exercises, Simone focuses on her arms, abs, and legs. Gymnasts will do hundreds of reps of conditioning exercises to get their bodies as strong as possible.

This includes doing exercises like planks, handstands, and squats.
