For muscle-building purposes, Sara eats lean proteins like chicken, fish, tofu, and legumes. Protein builds muscle tissue and is crucial for achieving a toned physique.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are another of Sara’s diet staples. With essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, it’s no wonder Sara enjoys the snacks. Plus, her glowing skin isn’t a bad side effect. 

The Savage Fenty stay also loves healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and olive oil. These fats have numerous benefits, like increased heart health, brain function, and general wellness. 

And you won’t find Sara taking Ozempic for weight loss.

Sara shared her favorite meal prep for weight loss companies, including Sakara and Kooshi, which have vegan, keto, and paleo options.

She’s starting to cook

Sara has worked hard since she was a teen, and cooking hasn’t always been a priority. As a model on-the-go, to-go and takeout were staples.

Plus, models aren’t known for fast food feasts.

As Sara settles down, she is dipping her toes into the culinary world.

She gets creative with vegetables

Sara loves vegetables now, but things weren’t always that way.

During her adolescent years, Sara and her brother had a mutual aversion to vegetables. 

However, their mom found a clever way to enjoy these nutrient powerhouses by chopping up eggplant, squash, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower and tossing them into a pot to stew. 

Sara’s simple yet flavorful concoction became a staple in Sara’s household and helped them overcome their childhood dislike for vegetables.

She told Vogue about her healthy puree, which appears to be vegan and gluten-free.

Sara revealed, “When me and my brother were kids, we’d hate vegetables and this was the only way we’d eat [them].”

Sara explained, “When I was in LA I was doing this meal prep where they just have meals come to your house every day and they’re premade.”

Which meal delivery does Sara prefer? 

She has options depending on her mood.

Sara shared that she had been enjoying meal delivery services, where meals are delivered to customers for a monthly, weekly, or annual fee. 

An example of a meal prep for weight loss meal delivery is HelloFresh.

However, Sara tried two trendy meal prep services called Sakara and Kooshi. 

The meal delivery services have weight loss diet specials for those who need a meal plan for weight loss or use meal prep for weight loss.

She enjoys vegan and keto delivery

Just because Sara isn’t a vegan doesn’t mean she can’t enjoy vegan meal delivery.

Sakara specializes in vegan meal delivery, and Sara gave her word of approval.

Sara explained, “I tried Sakara for a week and I’m not even vegan, but I actually really liked it.”

The Victoria’s Secret model also  tried Kooshi, which has keto meal delivery and paleo meal delivery options.She continued, “Then I tried another one called Kooshi, and you can choose what type you want – keto, paleo, whatever you want.”

She starts her day with breakfast

Sara’s diet allows her to have a normal breakfast, filled with healthy fats and omega-3.

Sara told The Cut about her favorite breakfast in 2017.

So what does Sara Sampaio eat for breakfast?

She shared, “My favorite breakfast is two sunny-side-up eggs with avocado toast. And sometimes I’ll have pancakes, maybe with some banana.”

Sara is similarly to fellow Victoria’s Secret model Josephine Skriver’s diet with carbs on the menu.

Sara’s workout routine won’t come as much of a shock. You have to go hard to strut in front of billions in women’s Victoria’s Secret.

On the topic of women’s Victoria’s Secret, Sara spoke with Elle about her workout routine and walked readers through a week in her life.

Although Sara shared the week was not typical, she revealed some information about her working out, especially with women’s Victoria’s Secret on the horizon.

Before the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Sara turns things up a notch.

She does a ton of cardio and weight training, focusing on her glutes.

She walked fans through a typical workout week before a big event and as she revealed, it was quite intense.

Let’s delve into the details of Sara’s week-long Victoria’s Secret Bootcamp.

Mondays are for weight training

Monday kicks off with intense weight training sessions.Sara Sampaio focuses on exercises that target her glutes, employing heavy weights to build strength and enhance her curves.By prioritizing weight training on Mondays, she lays the foundation for a well-defined and toned lower body.

Sara told Elle, “This past week was not very normal. I don’t do this all year long, but because of the show I did on Monday weight training.”

Keeping that in mind, we head to Tuesday.

Tuesdays are for Sara’s Mile High runs

On Tuesdays, Sara Sampaio turns to Mile High Run Club for her cardio fix.

Engaging in running classes not only helps her maintain cardiovascular endurance but also adds variety to her workout routine.

The nature of the classes keeps her motivated and allows her to push her limits.

Wednesdays are for personal trainer sessions

Wednesdays are dedicated to working with renowned trainer Joe Holder. Sara Sampaio focuses on resistance training, incorporating a range of exercises that challenge her entire body.

The emphasis is on building strength, improving muscle definition, and enhancing overall athleticism.

Sara said, “I’ll work with my trainer Joe Holder and do more resistance training, a lot of ab work.”

Ab work takes center stage on Wednesdays, helping her achieve a strong and toned midsection.

Thursdays bring more cardio

Thursdays are cardio-focused, providing an opportunity for Sara Sampaio to engage in activities like running, cycling, or high-intensity interval training. 

This day of dedicated cardio helps boost her metabolism, burn calories, and maintain a lean physique.

She finishes on Friday with weight training

Wrapping up the week on Fridays, Sara Sampaio returns to weight training to further refine her physique.

This session may involve a combination of compound exercises and targeted muscle group workouts to sculpt her body and ensure balanced muscular development

She boxes (like other Victoria’s Secret models!)

Boxing is a theme for Victoria’s Secret models and Sara Sampaio is no exception.

The Brazilian beauty, like Adriana Lima, loves to kick butt in the gym.

She also loves to hit up Dogpound, like a fellow famous client and Victoria’s Secret model Bella Hadid’s workout routine.

Although taking a boxing lesson doesn’t guarantee Victoria’s Secret model-like looks, it couldn’t hurt!

She gets toned with Pilates

Proponents of Pilates sing the praises of the strengthening and lengthening workout.

One advocate of the workout is Sara. She’s a big fan of Pilates which strengthens the muscles and lengthens the body.

She explained, “I’ve been doing a lot of SLT. It’s like a really intense Pilates with a machine. I’ve noticed with my body that small movements have done more for my body than the boot camps.”
