An ex-boyfriend encouraged Paris to eat organic food, fruits and vegetables and she gained weight, becoming a healthy 125 pounds.

When it comes to her diet The World Resort Las Vegas familiar has some interesting habits.

The Netflix star isn’t necessary a health freak, after all, one of her favorite places to eat is McDonald’s. Hilton lost 10 pounds in two months by cutting out her beloved McDonalds.

The heiress opened up about her eating habits, and it seems genetics have played a role in her slender figure.

She quit fast food (temporarily)

Everyone knows that Paris Hilton loves a fast food moment. More than a decade ago, Paris ended her love affair with fast food — briefly.

Paris gave up fast food in 2010, telling StyleCaster, “I’ve been really working out. I’m not eating fast food anymore. “No more McDonalds, In-N-Out done. I’m getting my bikini body, so I’m about that.”

But Paris didn’t stick to her vow to quit fast food.

What does Paris Hilton eat for breakfast?

Paris loves Lucky Charms and Frosted Flakes, having the not-so-nutritional cereals for breakfast.

However, Paris has tried to change her eating habits for the better.

She will also enjoy green juice or celery juice, adding some nutrients to her “favorite” meal of the day.

What does Paris Hilton eat for lunch?

For lunch, Paris knows how to make a great sandwich. 

She proved that she eats carbs and meat with a tasty cheddar and turkey sandwich paired with fruit and a smoothie.

Paris told The List, “And then for lunch, I love making sandwiches, with baguettes and turkey and cheddar cheese and lettuce and mayo and mustard, with fruit and smoothies.”

For dinner, Paris is flexible but loves making pasta and excels at preparing Italian food.

Paris explained her dieting secrets with The List, sharing a typical day in her life. 

The reality star said, “I love making lasagna obviously and pasta. I’m really good at doing Italian night. So anything Italian, I love to eat, and that’s usually what I have for dinner.”

Instead, Paris burns calories by riding around her luxurious home– in a pink bike, of course!

She does pull-ups

Paris also showed strength with a pull-up, in her TikTok video workout.

Vogue shared information about Paris and her luxurious workout routine, including the pull-ups, which showed upper-body strength.

She doesn’t have time
