Miranda made millions in a bikini, and she worked hard for her money.

So, how does the million-dollar Miranda sweat to stay in shape?

We should start with the basics — Miranda works out a lot.

If it were easy, everyone would do it!

She mixes it up with kundalini yoga and the Tracy Anderson method, which she reveals is her favorite sweat session.

Miranda also stays moving, making it a family affair.

She practices Kundalini yoga

Miranda is a devoted practitioner of Kundalini yoga, a powerful form of yoga.

Kundalini yoga focuses on balancing the mind, body, and spirit while enhancing inner awareness. When Miranda practices, she builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. By including Kundalini yoga in her routine, Miranda facilitates physical and mental well-being.

As Miranda shows, kundalini yoga can reduce stress, increase energy levels, and improve overall vitality.

The Tracy Anderson Method makes Miranda sweat

Miranda is a fan of the Tracy Anderson Method, developed by fitness expert Tracy Anderson. This method emphasizes targeted exercises that work the smaller muscle groups to create long, lean muscles.

Miranda’s workouts often involve high repetitions and low weights, which help tone the body without adding bulk.

The Tracy Anderson Method is known for its dynamic and challenging routines that engage the entire body, focusing on different muscle groups each day.

Miranda works out six times a week, resting just one day, and ensuring that her body is always moving. Miranda offered advice for those looking to drop post-baby pounds.

She walks for at least an hour

According to Miranda, it’s important to stay moving. She said that while her kids are at school, she tries to get in an hour a day by walking on the treadmill.

She sweetens the deal, making it a pleasurable experience by bringing an episode of a television show, allowing her to get fit and stay entertained.

Now that she is 40, Miranda said she has to work harder than ever, but with three kids and a thriving career, it looks like the Australian supermodel has found her groove.

She works out daily

Miranda told Body & Soul in 2014 about her daily workouts. Nearly one decade later, Miranda revealed nearly daily workouts on The Skinny Confidential, sharing she worked out six days out of a week.

She dished, “I like to exercise every day, but I mix it up.”

What do Miranda’s workouts entail?

A walk, a run, Pilates, or resistance training, according to the Kora face.

Miranda added, “I may even just put some music on and let Flynn dance around while I hold the plank position for 10 minutes to strengthen my core.”

What a visual!

With three kids under her belt, Miranda has seemingly found her rhythm.
