LeAnn told Women’s Health that high-quality, healthy, whole foods were her nourishment preferences.

The god’s work singer follows a healthy and balanced diet that emphasizes whole, nutrient-dense foods. She focuses on eating lean proteins, whole grains, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. 

However, she also told the publication that she indulges and is all about balance.

LeAnn’s diet is mostly plant-based

LeAnn Rimes has been open about her struggle with psoriasis, a chronic skin condition that causes red, scaly patches on the skin. 

To manage her psoriasis symptoms, LeAnn follows a mostly plant-based diet that is rich in anti-inflammatory foods.

She avoids foods that can trigger inflammation and exacerbate her psoriasis symptoms.

At least, most of the time.

She eats for her cycle

LeAnn changes her diet, depending on where she is in her menstrual cycle.

For the first half, she goes keto, choosing a keto diet. For the second half of her cycle, LeAnn carries potato chips around with her.

The Good Crisp Sour Cream and Onion chips.

She eats keto… for half of the month

One of LeAnn’s weight loss secrets involves following the keto diet for two weeks out of the month. This is a way to reset her body and boost her energy levels. 

The keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that forces the body to burn fat for energy instead of carbohydrates. 

During the two weeks that she follows the keto diet, LeAnn focuses on eating healthy fats such as avocado, nuts, and coconut oil, as well as lean proteins and plenty of vegetables. 

Meanwhile, she avoids high-carbohydrate foods such as bread, pasta, and sugar. 

She energizes with Celsius

Fitness fanatics and influences love Celsius, and so does LeAnn.

But she doesn’t like just any Celsius.

Her go-to is watermelon!

LeAnn told NY Mag, “I love the watermelon Celsius. It brings me a little bit of joy throughout my day.”

However, LeAnn makes the can last a long time.

She continued “I can’t drink a whole one at one time — I have to make it count because it’s a lot of caffeine, but when I’m really busy or right before my workout, I’ll have a little bit of a can.”

LeAnn Rimes has an active lifestyle, and cardio, SoulCycle, and jumping rope are a few of her favorites.

The singer enjoys a variety of workout routines, including Pilates, cardio, strength training, and yoga, which help to keep her body in shape and her mind at peace.

She loves SoulCycle

LeAnn knows how to ride a bike, and she takes things to the next level with celeb fave SoulCycle.

One of her favorite workouts is SoulCycle, which is a high-intensity indoor cycling class that combines cardio with upper-body strength training. 

In addition to SoulCycle, LeAnn also enjoys another trendy workout involving music.

She tries new things — like DRUMBOXING

LeAnn recently showed fans her latest workout activity: DRUMBOXING. DRUMBOXING is a full-body workout that combines drumming with boxing and cardio exercises. 

Additionally, DRUMBOXING is a fun and challenging way for LeAnn to get her heart rate up and work on her coordination and endurance. 

By combining workouts with music, LeAnn Rimes is able to keep her body in great shape and maintain her overall health and fitness.

Plus, she gets to stay in her zone as a creative person.

She takes her jump rope everywhere

Just like Khloe Kardashian and Izabel Goulart, LeAnn sees the benefits of jumping rope.

In fact, she takes her jump rope everywhere, so she has no excuses not to exercise.

LeAnn told Us Weekly, “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go. So it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room.”

She works out with Eddie Cibrian

LeAnn Rimes and her husband Eddie Cibrian are known for their fit and active lifestyle. The lovebirds often work out together, whether it’s going for a run, hitting the gym, or trying out new fitness classes. 

Working out with a partner not only helps keep them both accountable but also adds an element of fun and motivation to their workouts.
