When Jessica isn’t busy being an Honest CEO, she knows a thing or two about dieting.

The Sin City starlet claims to come from an obese family so she has been cooking her own meals since she was 11 years old.

She lowered the intensity of her workouts 

In 2020, Jessica changed her workouts and stopped being so hardcore. 

She used to work out until exhaustion, but she stopped doing that because it wasn’t necessary to achieve results.

Jessica told Women’s Health magazine, “I always thought, I need to sweat out my weight in water, I need to have muscle failure, I need to feel like I just ran a marathon.”

The Fantastic Four actress added, “I’ve learned to mix it up and not feel like a failure if I’m not, you know, killing myself.”

She incorporates Movement into her routine
