In one of her earliest blogs, Chiara told fans she doesn’t get “bigger” even when she eats a lot. She also said she had never been on a diet.

What does Chiara Ferragni eat for breakfast?

For breakfast, Chiara eats depending on where in the world she is.

She used to live in Los Angeles and Italy but put her home up for sale in 2022. Nonetheless, Chiara said it was easier to eat healthy in diet-obsessed L.A.

Chiara told The Telegraph“When I’m back home in Italy, I eat whatever I crave, which is normally an espresso and croissants.”

As for Los Angeles, Chiara has one of the following:

  • scrambled eggs 
  • avocado toast with fresh juice
  • acai bowl

What does Chiara Ferragni eat for lunch?

For lunch, Chiara usually opts for a light and nutritious meal that provides her with energy for the rest of the day. 

She often has a salad or a wrap, filled with fresh vegetables, lean protein, and healthy fats. 

She might also have a smoothie, made with fruits and vegetables, to ensure she’s getting plenty of nutrients.

According to an Italian website, she has quinoa and vegetables with white meat (chicken or turkey.)

What does Chiara Ferragni eat for dinner?

For dinner, Chiara often enjoys a more substantial meal that is rich in protein and fiber. 

She typically has a serving of lean protein, typically fish along with a variety of vegetables.

She explained, “But I try to go jogging as much as possible—when I’m in LA, I do it every day.”

She added, “When I do get to work out, I do some cardio then a couple of leg and arm exercises.”

The Intimissimi representative revealed she switches her workouts based on the seasons.

She prefers to be active rather than hitting the gym.

She’s Into swimming

She told The Telegraph that she didn’t have a workout routine but did like to go hiking. 

Chiara explained, “I don’t have a workout routine as such, but I often go hiking in LA.”

Clearly, Chiara prefers to do things, rather than go to the gym, and that has worked wonderfully for the Amazon Prime star.
