She eats slowly

Another of Camila’s intuitive eating tricks is to eat slowly. Camila eats slowly because the stomach sends a signal to the brain that it is full in a delayed fashion. Camila chews all her food before putting another bite into her mouth as part of her intuitive eating.

She Does Squats

Jenna offered advice for those who want to get fit right now. She shared a challenge, like one she might give too Camila.

Jenna said, “Squats are key. Even if you feel like you’re low on time, I challenge you to do 50 squats. Such a great way to build strength in your legs and lift those glutes.”

Camila’s favorite workout is dancing. According to Camila’s trainer, Camila makes everything into a dance move.

Jenna added, “Naturally, Camila is always on the go, so we’ve tailored our workouts to fit that busy lifestyle.”

Dancing is a great tool for weight loss because it improves cardio health and tones and sculpts the body. Plus, dancing is a fun way to lose weight.

Jenna told Shape“Somehow, she manages to keep me on my toes and turn every cardio move into an incredible-looking dance move.”
