Alessandra explained to Harpers Bazaar that her diet changes depending on her schedule, saying, “It all depends on the day and if I am working on set or working from home.”

The VS Pink model shared, “I usually have a very nice breakfast including eggs, avocado toast and green tea.”
Alessandra revealed that Victoria’s Secret offered the models delicious meal prep for weight loss on show day also. She said she snacked on veggies throughout the day.
The model revealed, “They usually have yummy catering at the venue for lunch and dinner and throughout the day I’ll snack on some veggies and usually get a green juice.”
Alessandra looks better than ever, and it is fun and informative to look back at her Victoria’s Secret diet and exercise, which helped keep her in top shape.

Alessandra told Harpers Bazaar about her workout habits revealing, “I would say an hour to an hour and a half a day. It all depends on what I’m doing that day. If I’m going on a hike or playing volleyball with my friends it might be longer but I don’t usually spend more than hour and a half in the gym.”

She loves Tracy Anderson
As Alessandra revealed, she loves the Tracy Anderson Method. The reason she loves the Tracy Anderson Method is that it targets the entire body. Therefore, she can work all her muscles in a session.
Alessandra explained, “I love to do different classes and lately I have been doing Tracy Anderson Method because it’s fun and it feels more like a dance class than a work-out.”
She added, “But, at the same time, it’s great exercise as it targets all muscle groups.”
Fun fact: Gwyneth Paltrow also swears by the Tracy Anderson Method and has practiced it for years. If the goop founder and Victoria’s Secret model are any indication — the trainer has worked magic.
She works out her glutes
Everyone has a favorite exercise or muscle group and Alessandra is no different.
She revealed that she loves to work out her glutes.
In fact, Alessandra said she never skips working out the legs and booty, with squats and lunges as simple exercises.
