The lifelong athlete graduated high school after a career in cheerleading and dancing. 

After a few weeks at LSU, Addison packed her bags and moves to Los Angeles. There, finding a workout partner like Kourtney Kardashian gives insight into Addison’s fitness approach.

Somewhere during the KUWTK filming, Addison shared her workout routine with Kourtney. Kourtney then shared Addison’s glute workout on Poosh.

The Poosh founder posted the six minute booty workout, which featured two rounds of workouts.

  1. Donkey Kicks – Left (30 seconds): Begin on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Kick your left leg backward, extending it fully while keeping your core engaged. Focus on squeezing your glutes as you lift your leg. Alternate sides after 30 seconds.
  2. Donkey Kicks – Right (30 seconds): Repeat the same movement on the right leg, kicking it backward and fully extending it while maintaining proper form and engaging your glutes. This exercise targets the gluteus maximus, helping to tone and strengthen your backside.
  3. Fire Hydrant – Left (30 seconds): Starting in the same position on all fours, lift your left leg out to the side, forming a 90-degree angle at the hip. Focus on engaging the muscles in your glutes and outer thighs as you lift and lower your leg. This exercise targets the gluteus medius, aiding in shaping the hips and thighs.
  4. Fire Hydrant – Right (30 seconds): Repeat the same movement on the right leg, lifting it out to the side while maintaining proper alignment and form. This exercise helps to develop overall hip stability and strength.
  5. Fire Hydrant Extensions – Left (30 seconds): From the fire hydrant position, extend your left leg straight out to the side while keeping it lifted. This movement targets both the gluteus medius and gluteus maximus, providing a challenging and effective workout for your glutes.
  6. Fire Hydrant Extensions – Right (30 seconds): Repeat the extension on the right leg, focusing on maintaining proper form and engaging your glutes throughout the movement.

Just like Alessandra Ambrosio, Addison focused on her glutes.

Addison has a killer body, but her booty is next level. She showed Kourtney her simple booty workout, that doesn’t require equipment.

Once the three minutes are over, Addison starts from the top and does the workout again for six minutes total.
