Gigi Hadid’s diet doesn’t involve restriction but she does moderate her food consumption. Gigi’s diet helps fuel her as she creates her entrepreneur empire with Guest in Residence. 

Gigi also eats similarly to Josephine Skriver’s diet with carbs on the menu.

Although Yolanda famously advised Gigi to eat two almonds, the model has a healthier diet in 2023.

That being said, Gigi doesn’t typically gorge on buffet food. Gigi’s diet approach involves healthy and fresh ingredients.

She changed her ‘routined’ eating habits

In 2023, Gigi had a revelation after welcoming her daughter, Khai.

As Gigi revealed to The Times, she was too hard on her body growing up.

Gigi said she didn’t starve herself, however. But she was too “routined” about eating rituals.

She explained, “I was probably harder on my body than I should have been. I wasn’t starving myself, but I was very routined.” 

In recent times, Gigi embraced body neutrality, a form of indifference.

Gigi said, “Since then, I’ve got into this idea of body neutrality. I love my body for what it has done, but I’m not obsessed with it.”

Good for Gigi, who serves as a role model with her refreshing outlook.

She chooses clean foods

The Tommy Hilfiger representative spoke with Harper’s Bazaar and discussed her personal motto toward healthy eating.

She explained, “Eat clean to stay fit, have a burger to stay sane.” 

That means Gigi will indulge in burgers, but isn’t eating them every day.

Instead, she makes healthy choices, eating leafy greens, like arugula salad.

Like Elsa Hosk’s diet, Gigi focuses on eating whole ingredients.

Gigi continued, “I’m in the mood I’ll go to JG Melon in the West Village. Again, I love the Smile. They have a little arugula salad that I could eat every day.”

The model has good taste and impressive restraint.

She eats healthy snacks

Even when she is snacking, Gigi makes good decisions.

Gigi’s food choices are similar to the Alessandra Ambrosio’s diet because both love to snack.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told Elle about her workout routine and surprising walk down memory lane thanks to her high school volleyball team.

Gigi explained, “One week of workouts for me is super random, because it can start with a photoshoot on the beach where I’m running on the beach all day long, so in a way that’s a workout.”

Gigi also boxes, rides horses, and plays volleyball with her old high school team.

And… the team gives her quite a run for her money! 

Gigi added, “They’re young kids but they’re all taller than me and great players and I love that. Workouts change so I do what I’m feeling like, what makes me happy, and how I’m having fun. I just do it naturally and let it be a part of my life.”      

She’s passionate about horseback riding

Gigi Hadid is known to be an avid equestrian enthusiast. Better yet, her hobby of horseback riding is one of her favorite ways to stay fit.
