Vegan Pancakes (makes 4 servings)

So you want vegan pancakes?

We’ve got you covered.

It can be hard to find vegan breakfast near me, just ask my sister!

This is what we do when we’re in a vegan pancake crunch.

And if you wanna make these gluten-free, simply substitute gluten-free flour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup milk (oat milk, vanilla almond milk, rice milk, etc)
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

Do you have your ingredients ready?

Combine and stir the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, baking powder and salt)

Mix together the wet ingredients in a bowl(milk, vanilla, apple cider vinegar)

Combine the two bowls but do not over mix, if you over mix the vegan pancake batter, it will be chewy and not fluffy

Heat a griddle to medium-high and choose the oil of your choice, when the vegan pancakes bubbles, flip them.

Top your vegan pancakes with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, agave and/or maple syrup.
